Your Right to Data Deletion

In accordance with Google Play Store policies and our commitment to your privacy, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated personal data we have collected through our applications.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and personal data, please follow these steps:

1. If the application you are using has an in-app “Delete Account” button (usually in the ‘Settings’ or ‘Profile’ section), please use that feature first.
2. If you cannot find an in-app option or are unable to access the application, please send an email to our support team at: contact.flinxstudio@gmail.com
3. In your email, please include the following information:
   • Subject Line: “Account Deletion Request”
   • Email Address: The email associated with your account (e.g., your Google Sign-In email).
   • Application Name: The name of the Flinx Studio app you used .

We will process your request and confirm the deletion via email, typically within 30 days.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data from our active databases:

• Personal Data: Your name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google Sign-In.
• Game/App Data: Your user ID, saved game states, match history, scores, preferences, and other content linked directly to your account.

Data We May Retain

In some cases, we may be legally required to retain certain information for a limited period for legitimate business purposes, such as:

• To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax or fraud prevention).
• For security and to protect the integrity of our services.
• To resolve disputes.

Any data that is retained will be isolated, secured, and will not be used for any other purpose. Anonymous data (data that cannot be linked back to you) may be retained for statistical and analytical purposes to improve our services.
