1. License to Use

Our Applications may use third-party services (such as Google Sign-In and Supabase) that are not owned or controlled by Flinx Studio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Applications are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Flinx Studio does not warrant that the Applications will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flinx Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Applications.
